These dedicated volunteers help maintain an extraordinarily valuable ecosystem located north west of Assisi. In addition, they work hard to ban the use of lead shot which poisons both the environment & the animals. A kill-free zone around Assisi means fewer hunting dogs surrendered to the dog shelter.
